The first rule of Fight Club is: ‘Fun first, then everything else!’
If you’re not having fun then why do it? When we are having fun, most ‘challenges’ fall away and we are left with the few things we can work our magic on to create meaningful change. Abracadabra baby!
SIMPLE
At Home, we like to keep things Easy Peasy Lemonade Squeezy. Because who doesn’t love lemonade?
The more meaningful and simpler a thing is, the more likely we are to do the thing. The more we do the thing, the better we get at it. Pretty simple really. Simple is back, and it’s sexy.
CONNECTION
The holy grail of the human experience.
Like Neo disconnecting from the Matrix, we support humans to connect with themselves, connect with others, connect with nature, and connect with the world around them so they feel they belong.
Movement

Movement: our first language, our most basic way of Doing, our medicine.
Movement allows us to do; Doing leads to Being; being leads to Becoming; becoming leads to Belonging.
As they say, movement each day keeps the doctor away.
SENSORY
Like the Jackson 5 sang, ‘Can you feel it?!’ (we know you sang that in tune in your head, we did.)
Our experience of the world is based upon our ability to register and interpret sensation, the stories we have and the meaning we give these sensations, and what we then decide to do with this information; either taking us closer to, or further away from Belonging.
The better the messaging, and more epic the story and meaning, the better the experience. Makes sense right?
EMOTIONAL
Stuck in a glass case of emotion? An emotional pickle? We’ve all been there.
At Home, all emotions are welcome. We have a range of them for a reason. Sometimes we get stuck in one, or a few, or go from one emotion to another and back like Flubber being released from its container. We help humans understand and be cool with their feelings and emotions. To break free from the glass case… to transform from pickle back to cucumber. Whatever it is, at Home, we got you.
